Metroid Prime: Hunters 10 Step Guide for Noobs

1. Know the arena.

Know where all the weapons and Items located through it. That way, you won't have to run around in alt looking for health in an intense battle. If you are in that situation though, use the radar. Bot practice recommended.

2. Master your Hunter.

Metroid Hunter

This is essential. Know the Affinity weapon, nad your alt.form, know the advantages and disadvantages. Know the right situations to use them.

3. Know the Enemy.

This will be difficult if it is a search game, so go with stereo types. A Trace user will obviously be sniping and a Samus user will be Missile/Alt spamming. This requires adequate WiFi experience.

4. Pick up the Health.

IF you know the arena, this should be synch. Never let the health fall below 30. Start running and 50.

5. Keep moving.

You will be a sitting duck for a sniper.

6. Keep the speed.

Use the alt when your not in combat, and jump pads when your making a getaway.

7. Use your height (?)

Height advantages (?) bring easier headshots (?!?)

8. Don't keep charging.

Nearly all weapons have the charge ability. Don't charge unless you have a good amount of health and the right weapon for the situation. If you do charge, try and maintain stealth.

9. Know your weapons.

Know which weapon goes for which situation. Don't be hesitant to switch away from your affinity weapon. AN example would be the Judicator, Volt Driver and Shock coil work well in corridors while the imp is good for distances. (Note: The missile SUCKS at a distance unless it is affinity. Refer to charging.)
